I hope you’re all having a great week! I feel like I have been so tired all week. Now that we’re out of the zone of getting up in the middle of the night, I feel like anytime I have to, I get super exhausted. Yesterday, I took the kids to an Easter egg hunt near our home. They had it set up so nicely and the girls had a blast. I have to admit, I wish I had brought along a stroller. Nellie tried to run everywhere so I felt like she couldn’t be trusted and I had to carry her. It was a good arm workout for sure! I wanted to have a causal look for the big outing so I picked my current favorite tee and pink hat to wear. I really like the color of this pink hat and I like that it isn’t too busy. It is a kids hat so I bought one for myself and one for Dahlia. It was only $25, so I thought I was a good price for a Patagonia hat.
I am always looking for great casual shoes to wear with jeans. I have had this navy pair for years. They always make a very similar style to this every year. I almost bought these all white ones a few years ago. I still absolutely love them, but it’s too hard for me to keep white shoes clean with two littles. These are my current favorite. I love the green and that they come up a little bit higher. I really like that Dahlia and Penelope have kids pairs very similar to mine so we can all match! When Penelope was in physical therapy earlier this year our therapist highly recommended New Balance shoes because they’re very supportive for kids feet. I am really impressed with the shoes for both girls.
