Last week while I was visiting my parents down in Florida I had the pleasure of attending my first Stella & Dot party.  It was so much fun.  I loved being able to try on the jewelry in person.  We had some amazing food and drinks as well.  The two gals that hosted the event were Angie and Amanda.  They both had such cute style that I trusted any advice they gave me. Amanda highly recommended number 5, as she said she could pretty much wear it everyday. Angie recommended the Trinity Pendant in gold it comes with two chains. A long and a short one so that it can be worn long, short or layered. The stones can be removed as well so it is very versatile.  I was tempted to buy one of everything but I settled on number 2 and 4 listed above.  Items 4-7 come in gold or silver, so if you’re not into mixing metals you have options.

When I looked at Stella & Dot’s website, I could not believe how many stars rock their jewelry. The nice thing about their line is they have great pieces at a reasonable price! These items are sure to make great Christmas gifts!

Here is the White Sangria Recipe that Angie made that night.
2 lemons – sliced
1 apple, cubed (fuji, mac, Braeburn…)
1 1/2 cups strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup white rum
1 bottle Sauvingnon Blanc
2 liter Diet 7up

In a large pitcher, layer lemons, apple, then strawberries.
Pour rum & wine over top, stir just a little, then refrigerate for at least 6 hours (the more the better) Add 7up before serving
