It is a Winter Wonderland here. We have gotten so much snow in the last few days! It is so pretty to look at but man do I hate driving in it. I hate how long it takes me to stop at every light! My girls are just itching to get outside and play in it. My younger daughter is a year and a half and she wants to ride in her little sled so badly. Thankfully we found something for her to do outside. Before it was really hard to find things for her to do outside since she is still not the most stable walker and I don’t want her to eat dirty snow.
This year for Christmas, I asked for winter coats for the girls and myself. I wanted coats that were really thin for my girls to wear in their car seats. For myself I wanted something SUPER warm because I seem to always be the one spending the most time out in the cold!! It is so warm and I love how it looks. If you can make a puffy coat slimming at all I’m impressed! I really like the fur on the hood. I had a longer North Face coat for years. I really like getting a coat that covers my bottom …it just keeps you so much warmer. This one even has some things you can snap and unsnap to vent it if you don’t want it as warm.
I have been trying to be better about wearing hat and gloves when outside too. I have to admit one thing I have no ability to hang on to in life is gloves. I need to get the strings you put on your kids gloves and attach them to my coat. I really like these pom beanie hats. I linked to some below. They would make a great Valentine’s Day gift!
